About CHRISTOPHE AUGUIN. Christophe Auguin, legendary mariner from France and winner of the VENDEE GLOBE 96/97 knows well what is demanded of a deck shoe when exposed to extreme elements. Unhappy with other deck shoes, Christophe used his experience to embark on a quest to design the perfect shoe, and he certainly succeeded in creating not only the perfect deck shoe but simply an extremely cool looking casual shoe which looks great on land or on deck. Nubuck washable leather, they are literally the most comfortable shoes imaginable.
